Hello AppSheet Team,
My Free Prototype account has been blocked because one of my prototype apps exceeded the 10-user limit during testing.
The affected app is K3LS.
The app previously showed 13 monthly users. I have now removed users and the current Share list has been reduced to 9 users.
However, the account is still blocked with this error:
“User signin not allowed with the FREE plan.”
I also have other prototype apps under the same account, and they are affected by the account-level block even though their usage is below 10 users.
I would like to continue using the Free Prototype plan and remain within the 10-user limit.
Could an AppSheet staff member please help reset/refresh the user activity counter or apply the appropriate workaround to unblock my account?
