Account blocked – All 4 prototype apps showing "plan update needed" after reducing users below limit

Hello AppSheet team, My free account is currently blocked across all 4 of my prototype apps with the error: “Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.” What happened: One of my apps (ORANGELABELRECORD) temporarily exceeded the 10-user limit due to accidental test users during development. I have already removed those extra users, and the app is now at 10 users or fewer. However, all 4 of my apps remain blocked — including three apps that have always been well below the limit (2, 5, and 3 monthly users respectively). I believe the 30-day rolling user window is still counting the users I already removed, which is keeping my entire account blocked. My account details: - Account ID: (PII Removed by Staff)- Plan: Free - Apps affected: VULCAN_FIDO, OLR_OBDA, OLR_FIDO, ORANGELABELRECORD Could a staff member please help reset the user counter on my account? I am committed to staying within the free plan limits going forward. Thank you very much for your help.
