Issue

Direct Message (DM) requests from external users are currently displayed only once as a ‘DM Requester’ notification. If this notification is missed or left unattended for later, there is no persistent list or notification to track these pending requests. While it is possible to use the search function to locate the requests again, it requires relying on memory for the external sender’s email address or name, which proves to be inefficient.

Approach

    • Implement a dedicated list for pending DM requests.
