Folderpath Microsoft Sharepoint

Hi!

I want to set the folderpath to a sharepointsite for al of my appcreators so all their data gets in their folder. I found the way to do it with google in this articel: Data Organization for Teams. But for sharepoint there is no example for how to build the folderpath. Only that you need the SHAREPOINT_SITE_ID. Where can i find this id and how should i structure the path?

Get the SharePoint Site ID> > Follow this process to determine the SharePoint Site ID for the target folder. Note: the SharePoint Site ID will have double forward slashes “//”.
