“Restrict creating messages, group messages and spaces”

This setting needs to be a improved. At the moment with this setting on users cannot create spaces or manage spaces created and allocated to them.

In an educational setting we need the ability to split the permissions so that users cannot create the space, but once created have the ability to manage it.

Does it even allow users to communicate in a new space, if created by someone else?

The wording in that sentence isn’t clear.

Yes, as long as users are assigned Member, Owner or Manager it works, what we dont want is staff setting up lots of new spaces.
