We would like to only enable school letter templates for staff (a sub group of users). Rather than letting all users access as this would include students.
The best way to handle this could be to leverage your Organisational Units (OUs) in the Google Admin console. Because Workspace lets you turn custom templates on or off for specific sub-OUs, you can leave them disabled for students while enabling them for staff.
