I tried to build a static HP by Google Cloud with a new domain [circleregi.com] purchased from Google Domains.

Combining Google Domains and Google Storage seems to be able to publish static HP, but actually it seems that load balancer settings are required.

Upon checking your error message, it was saying that it may be a browser or network issue which gives you a link on how to troubleshoot it using this link[1]. You can check the link and follow the instructions and try it again.

I also observed that if billing is not enabled it was also showing the same error. If by chance your billing is not enabled, I suggest enabling billing to use this resource. You can use this link[2] as a guidance to enable your billing in your project.
