My applications are saving extremely slowly, causing major issues for my auditors; they’ve been dealing with this error for two days. There are up to 40 changes that aren’t saving, and I don’t know why the wait times are so long.
Attn @Jose_Arteaga
everybody seems to be dealing with this.
Same here!
Are y’all getting email notifications similar to this?
This is an automated email to alert you about an error logged from one of your AppSheet apps.
User: user@company.com
App Name: AppName-12345
Operation: Edit row
Message: Unable to update row in table ‘tablename’. → Unable to find the specified row from AppSheet database ExceptionHandlerFramework.CustomerFacingException: Unable to find the specified row from AppSheet database at AsdbProvider.AsdbTable.GetRowsAsync(RowKeys rowKeys, CancellationToken cancellationToken) …
yesss
Definitely seeing this too. It seems like its often related to Appsheet database sources, but have also seen it intermittently with some CloudSQL server connections as well.
@Jose_Arteaga — what are y’all doing to address this problem that is clearly effecting multiple customers?
I had to work on a rapid audit interface using ClaudeCode and manage my database in Napabase, so there is a real need for improvement there; I need to implement this efficiently in a data warehouse, which is why the Google environment was chosen. @jose_arteaga
Hello all,
My apologies for the huge inconvenience! This issue was escalated yesterday, let me check on where we are and I will get back to you.
I will be posting any updates on this thread:
Yes, the apps seem to be syncing the data slowly to and from the backend. For example when a quick edit column in detail view changes the slice expression of a table to filter in different records from a table in a summary view.
The app where I observed is just a test app , so not much data therein. The backend is Google sheets.
Hello all,
Sharing here as well…
Quick update: The engineering team identified and adjusted a database setting that was causing delays when processing app traffic.
The performance metrics are already showing strong improvement, but we’re keeping a close eye on things to ensure everything stays running smoothly.
Thanks so much for your patience!
Please let us know if you continue to experience any lag on your end
