I uploaded excel data on to the program but afterwards, they disappear and I have to keep downloading them again

Weâre going through this,
I uploaded the file again and clicked on the components and associated them with the file again so that Looker would recognize the data.
The only solution Iâve found so far.
maybe use a google sheet as the source instead of Excel.

iâm already using google sheets and it still refuses to connect. Idk if thatâs something happening just with me but my database hadnât change and suddenly it stopped working
