Enterprise Admin running problem

I’d like to ask you for help:

I try to configure Enterprise Admin, but I stuck on the “Looker Studio terms of service” step - when I choose “Review and Accept” - I receive: "You do not meet the current requirements to accept the agreement. Please ensure that your organisation has a valid billing account and Google Cloud Platform is enabled for yourself and members of your organisation in the admin console. "

I’m running on G.Workspace super admin, have configured GCP dedicated project, added PRO subscription, active billing, but something still blocking me. Also Looker Studio and Cloud Platform Console Services are active

Could any of you help with some advice on how to solve this case?

I am having the same issue and support will not help because they say its a looker issue, not a google workspace issue (which is bogus…)

I figured out my issue. The error message in looker studio says you need to setup a billing account in google console, but its actually in the cloud console.
