Access to Looker Studio

Hello - I signed up for and have access to Google Cloud and Google Workpace. My current plan is Google Workspace Enterprise Essentials. I’ve successfully loaded data into BigQuery via Google Cloud buckets. And I can access that data via Google Sheets.

However, I’ve not been able to get access to Looker Studio. I can see Looker Studio in the left hand panel on Google Console (I’ve pinned it there). When I click on it, I am brought to my console page at "https://console.cloud.google.com/looker-studio/home" for Looker Studio but I’m greeted with a popup that says “Server Failed. Could not connect to Server. If problem persists try again in a few minutes”. It’s been about 3 days now and the issue has not cleared up.

I’ve done a bunch of research, and I don’t know what to do next. It seems like deleting the account and starting over will cause more issues like delays signing up again or otherwise.

I’ve also tried going to this site "https://cloud.google.com/looker-studio?hl=en "then hitting the “Getting Started” button but I get an even more troubling message "We are sorry, but you do not have access to Looker Studio. Please log in to your Admin Console to enable it. Since I have access to google console and I have a Google Essential account, I don’t understand why I don’t have access.

Finally I’ve also tried to enable Looker Studio at "https://admin.google.com/ac/appslist/core" but it doesn’t appear under the “App” menu.

I’m under some time pressure to spin this up and provide insights to my organization so I’d love to solve. Best, Steve
