I have a filter with default selection. When I choose something else in my filter and try to download the report as PDF, it doesn’t work correctly, i’ve got my default view on report (with default selected filter). How can I fix it?

This sounds like a bug. When you are able, can you please let our team know the details by filing a report? All of the instructions can be found here: https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/13606940
In the meantime, can you try opening your Looker Studio report in the incognito mode, and then applying the filters and downloading as a PDF once again?

There is no difference in the incognito mode.
