I’m trying to dowload reports from Looker Studio with filters applied, but the pfd results without the filters. (im the owners of the Dashboard).

Hi there!
This isn’t an ideal workaround. However, you can schedule delivery to yourself and add the filters there. This will take up to 30 minutes to get the report to you as you would like, but at least you’ll have it.

I am having this issue as well. Responding to make Google hopefully aware of this possible bug
