DM and dark theme

Three things:

  1. Apparently, some users do have direct messaging.
  2. Apparently, not all that have it realize some (most?) of us do not.
  3. The dark theme seems to have some deficiencies. Light gray on super-pale blue?

DMs work only from Google Staff to users (and then you can reply back to the message). Limiting DMs was done urging of the legal/privacy teams to limit the potential for spam/abuse in user to user DMs.

I’ll flag the color issue for review. Thanks!
