hi @xavidop I would like to know if there is a way using DialogFlow CX to get the chatbot to send a follow up message after a certain x period of time when a customer doesn’t respond. I’m using Dialogflow Messenger.
Is there an automatic way to do that?

Unfortunately, Dialogflow CX doesn’t have a built-in feature to automatically send follow-up messages after a specific time in text conversations.
