Developer blocked account

Hi,

I recently transfered an app to a new gmail account. The app was running smoothly for several years without any problems or alarms, but the account was suddenly blocked six days later.

I came across a similar case in a recent forum post, where the proposed solution referred to this article:“Why is my app not accessible to my users? - AppSheet Help. However, my situation does not match any of the listed causes ( app undeployed, max users unreached, free plan, app unpaused.)

At the moment, I cannot even access the My Apps dashboard, which prevents me from managing or recovering the app.

This app contains significant logic and development work, so I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to regain access or resolve the account block.

Thank you in advance for your support,

Germán

You’re going to have to go through Support for this.

I agree, the best option is to contact Support as they will have to check on your account. Please let me know how that goes.

Actually, support does not longer allowes contact without a suscribed account as it´s my case, and there´s no similar cases on the Appsheet Help forum.

@devingu, www.appsheet.com itself directed this app creator to Support. How does this app creator get their problem addressed?

@lizlynch, do you know who might be able to update the web site so that app creators who aren’t eligible for support aren’t referred to it? Also, the documentation itself should probably address situations like this.

I tried to use Incognito to go to www.appsheet.com and it leads me to the main page of AppSheet with no issue. Could you please elaborate more?

If you are referring to Calidad_de_Agua’s case, then they need a non-Free account to be able to contact AppSheet support.
