I have created a report in Data Studio yesterday and today the report is gone. Was there a recent outage that caused this to happen or what would another reason be?

I thought I was going crazy. I created the same report 3 times and each time it disappeared. If you save the link to the report, you can access it, its somewhere, just not showing in your list.
Glad I’m not alone.
We are encountering a similar problem with Data Sources - we can create them, they appear in the list at first, but then if we refresh the Data Sources list, they disappear.

I thought I was going crazy as well. Although I’m ale to access the reports via the links I have the reports are missing in the dashboard. I tried creating copies of my reports however the moment I closed the tab with the dashboard or open the dashboard on a new tab/browser the reports disappear. I initially thought that there was something wrong with my account but recreated the situation on my back up account and it’s the same case.

Hi all, the issue has been mitigated. Newly create reports will now show up correctly. We are working on recovering reports created between 6/10 and now. Will update the thread once recovered.
The issue has now been fully resolved. Reports created between 6/10 and 6/13 will also show up correctly.
If your Data Studio report is missing, verify that the report hasn’t been deleted, moved, or lost access permissions. Check the Trash, confirm the correct Google account is being used, and review shared drive locations. Contact the report owner if access was changed recently.
I still have a report that is completely missing from my Data Studio account. I have looked through the trash as well as in my Google Business audit logs and despite being able to see some data exports which were carried out from the report in late June 2026, there are no audit logs detailing any report deletion/ removal. I am also the only user who would be able to delete the report and I definitely did not delete it. @shelleychen is it possible that the issue is not yet fully resolved? I still have a link to the report and each time I click this link, I get the message "Your current account [redacted_email_address] can’t access this report, or the report doesn’t exist." I am logged into the account that owns the report so my only conclusion is that the report is non-existant.
@maaz any chance you are able to assist with this? The report is still MIA. It was never deleted and is the only one of around 12 reports that I own that have gone AWOL. It also happens to be the first report I ever created so I am wondering if the age of the report has something to do with the fact that it has disappeared. I still have a URL to the report if it helps for troubleshooting purposes.
Facing similar issues and all the scheduled reports are not being published! Anybody knows if this is an issue of the Google product and by when we can expect a fix?
