Hi, I have a data range control field to filter all my charts regarding the date. All charts function properly but the data range control dows not allow me to click the correct data source. in the search field it does not find my source although it is used in all the other charts already. I formatted the date fields to date in the google spreadsheet and also checked that no other data sources are availeable. How can I solve this?
A date range control is not attached to a data source but to all. In all of your dataviz, in Edit mode, if you click on them, it’s open the Set-up ribbon on the right. ON the top, you’ll see which metrics is used for the Date Range Control. Put none, and all date is displayed. Put a field, and this will be the one that is used to filter on.
