Date range control on excel source

I have connect Excel file with looker data studio , everything work well on studio except date range control are not working and give me an error , while I try same on google sheet is work well

any one know how what is solution for excel date range control

What is the error you’re seeing? Date range controls should work just fine with Excel data sources.

I have the same issue! Date Range Dimension type is “date”, so it is ok. The settings should be ok (see attached files).

The error message: Configuration error: Encountered " "t0.field1_D_tum “” at line 0, column 0.
