Are there any issues with data being lost or white screens appearing in the AppSheet Apps?
Spasmodically a record is entered and it when just disappears and is not synced with the online sheet
Hard to replicate but I have various user report this.
I’m unaware of any reports about that behavior. You might try engaging Support.

Hi, would be great if you had a repro or a video for this. Also, does the video mentioned in the post tagged above look similar to your issue? Also, what platforms are you seeing this on web/android/iOS?

I cant do a video because I cannot replicate it.
It’s just happening iOS and Android spasmodically, often preceded by a blank white screen.

User’s input on our app is lost sometime, we don’t know why
No. And AppSheet support don’t seem to think it’s a problem!
But it does happen. I thinks it something to do with Internet connection being lost whislt syncing.
I am not sure the offline working is as good as Flutter.

I contacted support and they haven’t found out root cause
Our user lost data after syncing also, it’s so frustrating
Yes. Its very worrying and hard to track down.
