Hello! I have a question/clarification about licenses because I’m very new to Appsheet and would just like to make sure I perfectly understand…

I know that 10 people can access an app without extra cost, but more than that requires purchasing a license per user.

If my entire company is subscribed to Google Workspace, does it mean everyone technically already has an Appsheet Core license, and can access my app with no extra cost? I just need to restrict access to our domain so that only people within the org/who have a license can access, correct?

#1 - It depends on what subscription you have from Workspace, but with almost all of them, Core is included. https://support.google.com/a/answer/10100275?hl=en
#2 - External users are able to use your apps as well, but then you need extra licenses from AppSheet.
