External Appsheet Users/Core License

Hello,

I am still relatively new to AppSheets and have a number of apps we use internally within our Google Workspace organisation. I would like to allow 1 or 2 external users to access only 1 or 2 apps. We currently use the core license. Is there a way to allow external access without adding too much to the costs? Do we need to change a license or can we do this within the existing core license?

Not 100% sure, but it sounds you would need to buy 2 additional Core licenses.

Wow. I opened this community this morning to ask this exact question, only to see it at the top of the recent thread list!

Support just told me that yes, any app users that aren’t in the workspace will need to have their own separate licenses purchased.
