Hi, I'm trying to copy an App but from the COPY menu. Folders with data are duplicated in Drive but after a long wait I get this error:
Error cloning app on the server:
502 Server Error
he server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds
This is a long standing issue. I have raised it to AppSheet multiple times.
However, if you simply wait a while, do not cancel or close the error, in most cases the app will complete copying. How long depends on the app size. I would start the copy in its own tab and just let it run checking in the app list periodically for it to appear. Continue other activity in other tabs.
