Error when cloning app (big data)

Hello. Im trying to clone my app to make some changes… I receive this error:

Error cloning app on the server: 502 Server Error

Error: Server Error

The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds.

How can i solve it? I have alot of data there

I’ve also been experiencing this error for a few weeks now, and the App is very important, I need to make a copy to keep modifying.
