In the Data editor, when I open a table’s column settings, the settings panel does not fit on the screen. I have to scroll both right and down to see all the settings for a column. The problem is that when I scroll right, the column name itself scrolls out of view along with everything else, so by the time I am looking at the settings on the right side, I can no longer see which column I am editing.
This is very similar to freezing the first column or header row in a spreadsheet like Excel or Google Sheets. If the column name (and ideally the row labels for each setting) stayed frozen on the left while the rest of the panel scrolled horizontally, it would be much easier to keep track of which column’s settings I am looking at, especially when working through many columns one after another.
Requested fix: freeze the column name (and setting labels) so they remain visible while scrolling right through a column’s settings, the same way frozen headers work in spreadsheet applications.
