I’m the new admin for a small (10 people) Company. Since we have no MDM which creates accounts for the Play Store, I wanted to create accounts that we as a company manage and no personal use accounts. The personal accounts always need new telephone numbers, and since the numbers get new colleagues who also need an account, we quickly run into the issue that the number is “already used”. So I found the cloud identity with the free tier would be enough to create accounts for us, since we don’t need any management currently. Sadly, I ran multiple times in the issue that all ways led to the admin-panel within workspaces, where we don’t have an account and don’t want to pay for it. So is there a way to get to the admin managemend or the cloud identity without a paid workspace account? Otherwise, I must tell our chef to change to Apple since their account management is way, way easier.
