Hi,
I can’t delete workspace account even though I don’t have any cloud resources except origination and couple of auto generated policies.
Delete Account button is greyed out -
I have canceled the subscription, canceled the payment, no any users, no data - nothing but it is red mark on cloud resources

Sorry for late response. What about this access policy “Access policy created in Coud Identity Console” at Org level?
maybe this is a blocker here?

You are genius / saver @DamianS - it works. I have deleted the said policy and managed to delete my Workspace account.
Here are the steps i took - for the community.
-
Get the ID of the policy
-
Add “Access Context Admin” permission to your account using cloud console
-
Call ‘Delete” API using browser so that you can use Admin account to authenticate
-
Once API call is successful, delete the Workspace account
