Can not transfer my Google Suscriptionm from a reseller to Google directly

I can not move my subscription from a reseller to Google.

When I click on Transfer, there is no option to do it directly to Google. And manage my subscription from G Space.
Also the reseller says I should do it from the admin G Space.

Google Keep asking me a resellers public identifier, but I want to move the suscription directly to Google and manage it on my own.

Please Help, It will expire soon, We don’t want our services to get blocked.
