Bug looker studio pro comparison date range not working

Dear Looker Studio Community,

We have recently encountered a bug in Looker Studio Pro that wasn’t present before.

In our reports, we often use date comparisons to evaluate data over different time periods. However, we’ve noticed that when we set the date range and press “Apply,” the selected dates revert back to 1 Jan 2023 - 1 Jan 2023 instead of the intended range, e.g., 1 Jan 2023 - 26 Sept 2023. This was working perfectly before, so it appears a bug may have been introduced recently. See pictures below:

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on how to resolve this or how to escalate it to the Looker Studio Pro team?
