Have the problem, bots dont create pdf´s from yesterday to today and its the same problem, like the 3 times before.
the monitor says complete, but no pdf is created. after the last report, google support looked into the apps and i dont know what they do, but it works for one month.
3 apps and every bot in every app is infected.
open the template and save dont change anything, monitor says complete.
have reported it and i hope they get a fix, cause this happens every month, without making changes in these apps or bots…
does someone also have problems with templates created by bots and how do you solve this every month upcomming problem? We send our offers and invoices over this template and these bots crash our whole workflow. that cant be the solution from google, to produce this problem every month…
maybe some of you are also infected.

Presently the PDF generation is working fine for me and I have not faced any issue recently in PDF generation though there were many other issues which resulted in BOTs getting failed or stuck in WAIT condition forever. All those issues were resolved later.
Which template are you using for PDF generation. In my case its google doc and its working fine

Many thanks for your response.
I also use google docs as templates for email body and attachments and without any changes, all bots with those templates stops working from yesterday morning. Have the same problem now 3 times and google is checking this at the moment.

Does Audit Log say something about why the BOT is failing

Your Problem Looks a little bit different. I got this Problem also by editing the Template, but only with a Problem showed on the <> Sektion. I opended the Template with appsheet, and delete the complete Formular with the <> inside and write it same and click in the save Button in appsheet. Dont know what this Change, but i have to do this, everytime i add a cell between <> and <>
For PDF Problem, after Google logged in my Account, the creation works Like IT should. I Hope i get a Info what they have done.
