Since today, i notice it at 04:00 am GMT +2, all my bots stop working, creating email and attachment.
My solution to load the template new, are not working any longer.
Yesterday, everything work fine.
It also check if quick sync is on, cause this is released yesterday, but in my production apps, these is not enable.
Can anyone tell me what to do, cause we are working with appsheet, and can create offers, invoices, packing lists …

Have you checked from the audit history does it show any reason why the email is not sent? Is this happening with all apps or just with one app?
i have checked every setting, monitor … everything works perfekt. yesterday evening, every app works perfect. since today, EVERY bot in EVERY app dont create a mail and attachment and nothing is saved to drive. looks like google update anything and dont tell us… its not the first time… unacceptable
And at least some of your Bots that are not working are triggered with data change, right?
Every bot is triggered like Yesterday. If it would Not be triggered right, the Monitor would Tell me that is not triggered, or am i wrong?
If I understand your question, if the Bot is not triggered at all, it won’t show up on Automation monitor. If it’s triggered but the condition is false, it should show it.
But because this is happening for all Bots and apps even when triggered with a data change, it has to be something else than just a small thing with your Bot or conditions. Please file a support ticket.
Yesterday, everything works, today Not. I dont make any Changes. So the Problem cannot be on our Side…
The bot is triggered, the monitor tells everything is right, but nothing Happens. Like the Last Time, Google Updates the PDF Rendering.
As i write in the First Post, i have a Ticket to Google, and came Back Here If we solve the Problem.

Ok, i think this time, the problem is not only the creation of the file itselfs. I have also other bots, they are triggering by data change and dont create an pdf, only change some data in columns and they also shown in the monitor as complete, but nothing happen. i read in a other thread, maybe the setting of the secutiry in workspace admin would cause this problem, but the security is set to of for appsheet. seems they has changed anything on the backend that makes the problem. its now the second time this happend and the appsheet support dont have an answer till now… very very bad work from google…

ive now tryed if they have something fixed and here it is, the bots working … seems they found the problem and the not working bots, gets triggered and create the wanted file. looking forward to get a big excuse from appsheet, cause this is not acceptable for a not beta programm. we pay for them, make apps for our self and our customers, test it about 2 weeks bevor deliver and appsheet make failures like this…hope they also fixed the scheduled bots too
Looks like appsheet fixed something. i dont get a new info, but our scheduled bots, triggered by condition, that send notification, got working till today morning.
little update. not every scheduled bot, triggered by condition works, but it seems that they found the problem
