Bot Email are not sent

Bot Email are not being delivered.

You may want to check for any errors under the Manage → Monitor → Audit History → Launch Log Analyser option for any errors. Typically error steps should be shown there. Please click on the red binocular option to see the error message.
OR
Have you checked the spam folder and see if there is anything inside? Sometimes it will go to the spam folder.

If the above two are not solving the issue, I would recommend getting in touch with the support team.

Once you reach the third step, you will be given the option to “Chat” with a team member or “Email” them.
