Blocked account for Google Skills - Escalation not progressing

Hi there,

I used for the first time skills.google.com with my long term private google account to learn about the basics of Vertex AI. When getting hands-on with the GCP environment for the business exercise (where you set up Vertex, connect data sources and upload some files for BI), the account suddenly stopped acknowledging my progress. A reload showed that my account was banned.
I contacted the support, they responded that the account was unblocked again, which wasn’t the case unfortunately. A second email revealed that the account was banned due to a suspicion of bot activity and it had to be escalated to a “concerned team”.
In the last two weeks there was no progress and my offer to get in touch directly to prove that I used the account in good faith and exactly according to their instructions was rejected.
I appreciate that these cases drip through the support hierarchy, however I was hoping to use the holidays and learn something for my professional life (we’re GCP Enterprise customers).

Any recommendation what I might do to clear up the case?
