Hi everyone,
I’m onboarding our startup to the Google Cloud Credits for Startups program, but I’m blocked at the billing setup stage.
Every time I verify a payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI), the ₹2 authorization succeeds, but Google Cloud returns:
Billing setup can’t be completed
Error: OR_BACR2_44
I can access the Google Cloud Console, but no Cloud Billing Account is created, so I can’t complete onboarding or use Google Cloud services.
I’ve already contacted Google for Startups Support, but I’m checking here in case anyone has seen this error before.
Has anyone experienced OR_BACR2_44 or knows what causes it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
