Billing account closed, unable to access project – Recovery options?

Hello,
My Google Cloud project is inaccessible after my billing account was closed due to unpaid charges. Here are the details:
-Project still appears in my Google Cloud Console, but Compute resources (VMs, databases) are not visible.
-Billing account was closed over a year ago.
-I attempted to contact Google Cloud Support, but the support button is disabled.
-I have already contacted Google Cloud Sales, but I am looking for other recovery options.

Has anyone successfully restored their project after a long-term billing issue?
Any advice on how to escalate this with Google Cloud Support?
