Being Charged for E2 Micro VM - I don't think I should be

Hello,

I have a non pre-emptible E2 micro VM running in Oregon. It has a 30GB persistent disk. I am really struggling to work out why I am incurring charges for this and support have not being able to clarify despite repeated requests. Here are the details:

I have no other VM’s at all.

The 2 SKU’s I am incurring charges for are:

It’s costing me around 50p per day but it’s not the same price each day (varies from 44p - 49p)

Please can anyone advise how I can get this sorted - I appreciate it’s not a lot of money but I just want to understand what I am being charged for that is not within the free tier.
