the automation feature does not allow me to send emails to addresses outside of the workspace. How can i fix it.
If this is a Deployed app, there are no restrictions I am aware of that would prevent emails sent via a Bot from going to ANY email - even those outside of a Workspace domain. If your app is Deployed then please clarify how you are identifying that non-workspace email addresses are not getting generated emails.
If the app is NOT deployed, then by default emails are only sent to the App Creator email address.
