Seeing the same issue. Currently on a chat with support rep and they’re not particularly helpful triaging this issue.

same issue here, but it seems the issue only on the apps, i tried to use it on browser it still working normally

From my testing:
It works correctly on the desktop version.
The error occurs on the mobile version.

I’m experiencing a critical issue that seems to be affecting AppSheet globally. When trying to edit a row, the operation fails with the following error message:

Operation: Edit row  
Message: Unable to update row in table ‘BDD CORTE DE OPERADOR’.  
→ Unable to save image  
→ The service storage has thrown an exception. HttpStatusCode is Forbidden.  

appsheet-compute@appsheet-prod.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object.  
Permission 'storage.objects.get' denied on resource (or it may not exist).

This is preventing my app from working properly. It looks like a permissions issue on AppSheet’s own service account (appsheet-compute@appsheet-prod.iam.gserviceaccount.com) with Google Cloud Storage.

Could the AppSheet team please confirm if this is a known/global outage and provide an update on when it will be resolved?

our APP users are seeing this error on their ANDROID devices (no error on iPhone):

Thanks everyone for reporting it, this is related to an authentication error in part of our system that handles image uploads from Android. We have taken steps to address it and we expect these requests should be able to sync normally within the next few minutes.
