Appsheets Related Records not visible in app

Hi all

Hopefully someone can suggest something else to try with this (or point out something that I may have missed)?

I have a master table - NGVCutAssigns

and a child table - NGVSpanCompleted audits.

SpanCompletedAudits is referenced to the CutAssigns table by JobId.

And the reverse reference is correct also:

When I create a form within the audit it appears briefly in the Assign view and then disappears, the number remains for a while before vanishing too.

I’ve tried changing the key to another column but am slightly limited as there are other related tables that need to reference and JobId is the only column that appears in all tables. I’ve also tried changing the labels to see if that helps.

The data is all in an SQL database and I have no access to add new fields unfortunately.

Any suggestions?

This means your App formula for the row produced one result but that result does not match any values in the table’s key column.
