Appsheet Sending Google Chat automation

Hello,

Ever since last Wednesday, all my apps that send messages to google spaces with other users have stopped working and took a while to troubleshoot what may have happened since we’ve been using the app with no changes to the settings for several months already. However certain functions of it still is not working properly, like using the ‘/’ command or I try to open a dialogue via google chat command returns an error of either ‘Could not load dialog. Either the app is not responding or the response is invalid’ or ‘Server Error’. Already tested this with a test application with the default appsheet table and still the same thing.

To those who’s been using the google chat functionality of appsheet encountered this error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This smacks of an internal change at AppSheet. Please contact Support for help with this, and to make them aware of it.

I think the best course of action is to reach out to support, please follow the steps below:

  1. Follow the instructions at Enable AppSheet Support to access your app.

  2. Go to Appsheet help

  3. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

    Need more help?

    Try these next steps:

    Contact us
    Tell us more and we’ll help you get there

  4. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  5. Click Next Step

  6. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail

Thanks for the responses, I’ve already submitted a ticket. I’ve been looking around in the community since last week to see if anyone else is having the same problem in the system. Hopefully they can find out what may have been causing this.
