Hello AppSheet team, I need help restoring access to my AppSheet account. My app, O.M – Ordem de serviços, was blocked with this error: “Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed. You can update your plan in the Account page.” I removed users who had access to the app and created a copy, but the copied app also showed the same error. My account shows the AppSheet Starter plan, but my apps remain blocked. I need help identifying the cause and restoring access. My app uses Google Sheets as its data source. Preserving the existing spreadsheets and their data is essential because they also feed my Power BI reports. Could someone from the AppSheet team please review my account and explain what I need to do to remove this block? Thank you for your help.
