Apigee EVAL org failing due to External acces

While provisioning the apigee eval org, and configuring the external access, getting below error:

Access routing Invalid value for field ‘resource.network’: ‘projects/abhi-llm-eval/global/networks/default’. The network/subnetwork field(s) can only be used for INTERNAL forwarding rules.

I cannot use PSC option within the sandbox account.

Can you provide more information on what method you’re using for provisioning? Ideally, if you want granular controls on the Eval Apigee Org setup, I would recommend using these instructions:

• With VPC Peering: Provision an eval org with VPC peering  |  Apigee  |  Google Cloud Documentation
• Without VPC Peering (PSC only routing): https://docs.cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/api-platform/get-started/install-cli-non-peered-eval

It looks like you might be trying to set up Apigee access routing using a VPC network that is not configured for external access (no firewall rules for external access).
