API to Programmatically Manage Cloud Billing Export Enable or Disable

I wanted to check if there is any available API or programmatic method to enable, disable, or manage Cloud Billing data export to BigQuery.

I’ve reviewed the documentation here: Set up Cloud Billing data export to BigQuery, which describes how to configure billing exports via the Google Cloud Console UI. However, I couldn’t find any reference to an API method that allows automating this process.

Could you please confirm whether Google Cloud currently supports this functionality through any public API, or if there are any future plans to expose such endpoints?
This capability would be very helpful for my research.

There is no existing public API that will enable (or disable) Cloud Billing data export to BigQuery. Currently the only way to achieve this task is manually through the GCP console.
