Access denied to my own appsheet app!! Help

I am not able to access my app in the appsheet editor - and the users are not able to get in either

I get this error

But as you can see, I log into my Appsheet account, and all of my apps are listed in my account:

So it make no sense that I would not have access - this problem just started when I was not making any changes to the app or logins or anything

I do have access to the daycare app, but not the copperview ones.

What can I do? Could this be an appsheet outage of some kind?

First thing I would do, is in this screen, click on the “Owned by me” option. Do all the apps still show? If so then you definitely need to reach out to AppSheet support.

If they do NOT show, then you are logging in with the wrong Google account which does not have access to the app. You need to use the account that is the owner/App Creator of the apps.

Are these workspace accounts?

Thanks @WillowMobileSys ! Yes, I checked that and they all still show. I have reached out, but waiting is painful since we live in our app. Any thoughts about the “use secure browsers” in the cell phone screenshot? Any other suggestions to try while I wait for support?

Reached out to support and they fixed it! Took a couple of hours, but apparently it was a known issue.
