Such third-party “Points Calculator” apps must be strictly banned or removed. Many of these tools mislead users by showing incorrect Point Counts. As a result, thousands of new and fresh participants worldwide rely on these online calculators in the start and end up falling behind their desired milestones or tiers. This becomes extremely discouraging for them, and it is truly painful for us to see their effort go to waste because of misinformation.
Google should place a clear and visible disclaimer on the Global Arcade landing page, and Arcade Facilitators should actively discourage users from using any unofficial online tools or apps for point calculation. Instead, all participants should be encouraged to verify and calculate their Arcade points only through official channels, Insiders Mails or through Google Skills Chat Support. This will ensure transparency, accuracy, and a fair experience for everyone!
Hey, you will be sending us prize counter mail but I have posted multiple times that so many arcade participants didn’t get their July Arcade swags, why you are not responding us or taking prompt action.
Are you only posting and not read anyone response or ignoring others post.
Agreed but arcade points vercel and netlify app working perfectly accurately, personally helped me to keep track of my milestone progress thisseason others showing wrong arcade points really discouraging!!!
why u care for others, they didn’t get due to multiple orders and hence their orders were cancelled…, if u didn’t receive then contact to chat support of google arcade team, there is no benefit to send query to learning forum
As a Facilitator, you are required to follow Google’s rules, principles, and official communications. You should discourage the use of such human-made Arcade Points Calculators and take steps to prevent their spread. These calculators were designed for the Arcade Facilitator India event, not for the Arcade Facilitator Indonesia campaign. Both campaigns have different requirements, targets, bonuses, and perks in Cohort 2 of 2025. A single calculator cannot work correctly for both!
Because of this misunderstanding, many Indonesian participants who joined the Arcade Facilitator Indonesia campaign relied on these calculators and received incorrect point counts. As a result, a large number of them fell behind their desired tiers and missed their targets. This caused real loss and disappointment among participants. Therefore, promoting or allowing such calculators is harmful and should be strictly avoided.
Multiple order means they earned multiple points without earning points they didn’t give you insider mail also why you aren’t understood about their tactic.
I have single account with single order why I am not getting my swags, I mailed them multiple times they only send me ticket no. not a single response coming to their side.
Please guide and help. As i received mail for prize counter but 2 items showing out of stock why so ? should i placed order or not if product showing out of stock , shall i get the all 4 items or not?
I just got my prize counter email from Printose and am trying to place the order, but it won’t allow me to do so as it keeps coming up with an error that the sticker set and drink bottle is out of stock.
