Youtube API error (API returned a 403)

Hi all.

I previously imported a video from YouTube via the API to my website, but now I’m faced with an error indicating that the quota has been exceeded…

“An error occured while trying to query YouTube API.
Error: YouTube API returned a 403 error code. Error returned is: The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota.( code : quotaExceeded ). (code: yt_api_error_code)”

in fact, the quota has not been exceeded, but the error does not allow me to import the video to the site, please tell me how to solve the problem.

Same problem here… I created a brand new project and have called 20 requests to YouTubeAPI… but it shows exceeded quota with 9,999 requests? Hey! Who is using my quota??? Definitely not me. Google, please fix. This is the second time it does it with less than 40 requests!!!
