Why some images can show, but others can't?

i build an app and create a report to show the data and images, but why some images can show, but others can’t?
it’s any problem about my report or app?

yes, the file was used half years ago, today, i want to produce the report, but image is link, is any solution to solve it?

Photos not showing in the report Questions

I have created an app, that will export a list of defective items with photos included, with use of Workflow Rule > Task > Create a new file. However, the report generated did not show part of the photos (e.g. item O19) but the blue text and broken image icon instead. If I click on the text, it will open a new tab and redirect to the exact image; so I do not think the image is corrupted. I tried again and the part of the images did show up, but not all of them. Can someone please advise me wh…

Same issue has been reported by other chap in the community earlier this week.
Seems the issue persists…

I’m having the same problem.
It seemed to occur suddenly… because I rendered the same file twice. A few images where missing the first time. When I rendered it the second time, all of the images were now missing.
