Why is there limited access to Google AppSheet in Workspace?

I am a Google Workspace customer as a 501(c)(3). I have access to AppSheet inside Google Workspace. I am testing AppSheet and it appears that I have limited access to some functionality inside the application. Do you have to pay for AppSheet even though it is part of the Google Workspace?

Welcome to the community! As a Google Workspace customer, you are granted with AppSheet Core license. The missing functionality is part of the Enterprise Features, which is a different license.

Appsheet Enterprise includes, among other features, AI/Gemini Solutions, Connectors, Security and Compliance and Governance Features. For more information click here.
