Why is the bot sending duplicate emails?

After yesterday’s problems, everything is working normally today. However, there is a problem that the bot for the famous person is sending not one, but two emails.

It’s clear that they were messing around with the lid the other day. Final application is now OK, but they screwed up the bots. I did this today: regenerated the table and updated the version Stable, which are used by users.

I expect an improvement tomorrow, but I’ll write if the problem remains. It’s not normal to start a bot twice, and there are no problems with monitoring.
