Why can't self-hosted instances install the listing viz from the marketplace?

Self-hosted instances would see this error Could not install listing. Contact support for more information.

These are looker network Requirements for self-hosted instances connecting to the Marketplace backend:

  • HTTPS port 443 should be open or able to access
  • SSH port 22 should be open or able to access
  • GIT port 9418 should be open or able to access

You should be able to access the viz you are interested in after adjusting these rules.
